With Luby I discovered that I could call myself flexitariana ... but the truth is that they are especially curious and love to experience: from the kitchen to the gluten-free vegan, a vegetarian, especially since Mom and I discovered many ingredients and many alternatives, we did not know existed! So after the first and second experiment documented (the real ones are on the agenda :-)!), tonight, for the heading "What's cooking " JSP, un menù vegetariano dal sapore tutto invernale: polpette di fagioli borlotti con contorno di cavolo romano al vapore e patate al forno... et voilà :
Le polpette sono nate dall'improvvisazione con:
-due scatole (scolate del liquido) di fagioli borlotti insaporiti in padella con un filo d'olio, uno spicchio d'aglio e un po' di passata di pomodoro e frullati
-un uovo
-un cucchiaio di farina
-pangrattato e grana qb
obtained the right consistency, I modeled the meatballs and I have spent in preparation for breading (I found a great fat-free, egg separately) ... I have cooked 15 min. some function in the microwave with crisp and a little oil, but I think that adjusting the timing, are also good in the regular oven ... This is also relax :-)!
