The experimental T-Virus, designed by the Umbrella Corporation, was published on Earth, transforming the population into zombies unleashed a horde of flesh-hungry. No longer safe in the city, Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) and LJ (Mike Epps), along with new characters Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke) and Nurse Betty (Ashanti), have gathered a group of survivors and taken to the road, through the empty desert highways in an armored convoy. Looking for more of their kind, that living things did not get infected. What they find in the desert, however, is a constant presence of undead, which force them to always have dozens of weapons, thousands of bullets and a pair of flamethrowers to protect themselves. Hidden inside a radio station in Nevada are the sleek offices and research facilities of the Umbrella Corporation. With access to Umbrella's constant surveillance via satellite, Dr. Isaacs (Iain Glen) can regularly follow the path of the convoy. But he seeks the one person who is not only vital to finding a cure, but it is also the result of all experiments of the Umbrella: Alice (Milla Jovovich). When he was held captive by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice was subjected to biogenetic experiments that have changed their DNA, giving her strength, superhuman senses and abilities.
